We stand by the quality of our products. If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it with something of equivalent value. Bear in mind, though, that our products are all made by hand, and slight variations in size, bearing or hue are inevitable. If you need a giraffe facing a particular direction, or an elephant with its trunk raised just so high, please contact customer service at africanthemes@aol.com to specify your taste before making your purchase. If, for some reason, you need to exchange the product, there will be a 15% re-stocking charge. Contact customer service for an authorized return number.
